THE RETREAT

Each day during the retreat, participants receive medicinal plant treatments to detoxify, cleanse, and also restore their natural health. Before each treatment, the facilitators describe its purpose and effect, and assist the curandero.  Meanwhile they also lead complimentary activities like yoga, meditation, massage, and counseling. This retreat is much more than just attending ayahuasca ceremonies. All of the additional plant medicine treatments work together with the ceremonies to produce the highest possible outcome for health on every level. The complementary practices not only deepen the healing experienced during the retreat, but also help to form healthy habits to continue after the retreat. Counseling sessions for preparation and integration are also included in the cost of the retreat.

Consciousness Enhancement

> Guided Meditation: Specifically one of the most effective methods for cultivating mental discipline and enhancing focus, guided meditation is a practice that showcases the immense power of our consciousness and its impact on our lives. By offering guidance along specific thought paths and perspectives, this practice allows individuals to upgrade their inner environments thereby  ultimately facilitating the healing process.

> Yoga: Renowned for its ability to improve flexibility, enhance focus, and promote relaxation, yoga has gained widespread popularity worldwide due to its immediate and noticeable benefits. Taught by a certified Iyengar yoga instructor, our daily yoga sessions perfectly complement the healing traditions of ayahuasca, aiding participants in their transformative journey.

> Life Coaching: Engaging in intentional life changes can greatly contribute to self-discovery and unlocking one’s full potential. Through counseling, individuals are able to gain new perspectives about themselves and design personalized strategies for leading their best lives. Our facilitators provide guidance in enhancing self-understanding, making choices, and navigating life transitions.

> Ayahuasca Retreat: Developed over the course of a decade, this retreat offers a comprehensive healing program that combines daily treatments, therapies, and integrative consciousness enhancement processes with counseling sessions. Participants experience the rejuvenating ambiance of the jungle lodge for ten days, during which they undergo five transformative ayahuasca ceremonies and receive progressive natural remedies and plant treatments. This holistic approach ensures that participants leave Iquitos feeling revitalized and equipped to progress forward with newfound harmony and ease.

> Post-Retreat Support: After returning to the retreat center, participants are given ample time to decompress, reflect on their experiences, and appreciate the beauty and culture of the Amazon rainforest. Our dedicated staff is available to assist with travel arrangements, shopping excursions, treatment guidance, and any other support needed to further enhance the retreat’s benefits. We maintain ongoing communication with participants through email and social media, ensuring additional assistance is provided even after the retreat concludes.
